Surgical Repair of Nasal Vestibular Stenosis A Case Report

Vestibular stenosis is an uncommon but debilitating cause of nasal obstruction leading to serious impairment airway. It caused by granulation and fibrosis vestibular lining there circumferential scar retraction in the inlet cavities. Stenosis may be congenital or acquired. Causes acquired include burns, trauma, infections, iatrogenic insult vestibule. Surgical correction usually done excision fibrous tissue. A number studies have been reported on surgical not a single technique widely accepted due different diseases levels deformities. Here we are suggesting which flaps raised tissue removed. This gives good outcome satisfactory result patient with post traumatic unilateral stenosis.
